By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
01. Use of the Site
The Site provides information about Hidden Empire, our films and television projects, Hidden Empire Sports Collective, our leadership, press coverage, and events. You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Film titles, artwork, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any of these marks without our prior written permission.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your personal use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If you send us any idea, suggestion, or material despite this policy, you agree that it is not confidential, that we have no obligation to review, return, or compensate you for it, and that our development of similar ideas or projects that are independently created or already in development will not give rise to any claim.
06. Film, Event, and Press Information
Information about films, projects, events, screenings, release plans, and programs is provided for general information only and may change without notice. Press articles and media coverage reflect the views of their authors and publishers as of their publication dates. We do not guarantee that any content on the Site is complete, current, or free of errors.

10. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Site, our users, or Hidden Empire. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted, and we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
15. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Hidden Empire regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them without restriction.
