Ephraim Salaam
Ephraim Salaam is a former 13-year NFL veteran who has successfully transitioned into the entertainment industry. Known for his quick wit and gregarious personality, he quickly established himself as an on-camera talent for major networks including CNN, ESPN, and FOX Sports 1.
While his on-air presence gained widespread recognition, Ephraim’s true passion lies in filmmaking. He produced his first film in 2004, and after accumulating a broad range of producing credits, he shifted his focus to writing. In 2018, he was staffed as a Writers Guild of America (WGA) writer on The Continental: A John Wick Story.
Since then, Ephraim has been staffed on three additional television series, including the past three seasons on Peacock’s acclaimed hit series Bel-Air. His unique blend of life experiences—as a professional athlete, on-camera personality, and producer-writer—makes him a dynamic and valuable voice in any writers’ room.
Building on his storytelling expertise and deep sports background, Ephraim joined Hidden Empire Sports Collective as Head Creative Executive. In this role, he is responsible for creating and sourcing compelling sports-based intellectual property (IP), and developing projects through packaging, production, and sales.
Grounded in a team-first mindset developed over years of professional athletics, Ephraim brings leadership, collaboration, and creative vision to every project—making him a powerful asset to any company or creative endeavor.
